Description


NOTE:  This is a Cpp series patch, for the mips_irix_n32 architecture.
       This patch supersedes all previous Cpp (series or not) patches,
       for this specific architecture.

       This Cpp series patch requires an appropriate Architecture
       series patch.

       The cpp setup portion of post_install will be invoked.

WARNING: All c/c++ views using the apex c/c++ compiler, should be:
             apex clean
             apex remodel -update

This patch contains changes to address the following defects:

Defect RATLC01103837 APEX C++ - &&& TMCFE INTERNAL ERROR: ABORT PROCESS
                     AT PC  0XFF09FC14
    Capacity problems, in RCC (tmcfe portion), have been corrected.

Defect RATLC00144273 Request to change speed factor for Apex
    A scaled time feature has been added to the Apex threaded
    runtimes.  This feature is available through the package
    Ada.Real_Time.Scaled_Time in the views of real_time_systems.ss.
    This patch has the associated RCC compiler changes.


This patch contains changes to address the following defects:

   Defect PEBU00007895 patch 200106141-1 BREAKS C++ linking

   Defect PEBU00007596 Duplicate Symbols linking Ada to C++

This patch is released to make the libs consistent with the 
Ada libraries
