       This is a Cpp series patch for Apex 4.2.2b.
       This patch is for the alpha_osf1 architecture.
       This patch supersedes all previous Cpp (series or not) patches,
       for this specific architecture.

       This patch requires an associated alpha_osf1 series patch.

       The cpp setup portion of post_install will be invoked.

       All c/c++ code using this RCC complier should be recompiled.
