Process List (Trace)This command is only available for Apex Ada and Apex Duo.
The process list enumerates the process that logged events into the current event file. Each list entry contains:
- A color and selection indicator box.
This box indicates the color currently being used to draw the process. The shape of the box indicates whether the process is currently selected or not. A filled box means selected, a hollow box means deselected.
- A process number.
The number used on the y-axis of the Process Bargraph plot.
- The sproc/lightweight process identifier.
An address of a structure used to describe the process.
- The OS process id.
Available only when the debugger is used to start up the Trace tool.
You can drag a color from the Color Palette to an entry in the process list to change the process's color. This also works for pixmaps in a black & white display.
By clicking the left (Select) mouse button over an entry in the process list you can deselect the process. When a process is deselected all graphs are recalculated ignoring all trace information logged for that process. By clicking again on the process list entry you can incorporate the process information back into the graphs.
By selecting the (De)Select all Processes option in the Organization window's Options menu, you can select or deselect all processes at once.
The Tasking Logic Analyzer is described in detail in the Tasking Logic Analyzer Guide.
