Edit > UncommentUse the Edit > Uncomment command to remove the comment designation from the selected text or current line. Selecting this command removes the dashes (--) at the beginning of each line of the selected text. To reverse the uncomment operation, select Edit > Undo. If a selected line does not begin with two dashes, it will be left unchanged.
To use the Edit > Uncomment command:
- 1. . Select the text from which comments are to be removed. Use one of the standard text-selection methods.
- 2. . Select Edit > Uncomment. The command removes the dashes from the beginning of each line of text.
