Using the Output WindowThe Output window displays messages from Apex commands. Each job that is executing sends messages to its own Output window. The Output window title changes to show the status of the command. When you first execute a command such as Compile > Link from a viewer window with a context of /u/smartseat/cabin_tests.ss/new.wrk, the Output window appears:

The window title includes the command in progress and the name of the context. When execution completes, the window title begins with "Done" and includes an indication of the command, as shown in the following example of the completion of the File > Run command:

When you execute commands not associated with a particular job, the Output window title becomes "Message Window":
