Edit > Delete (Jobs or Server Windows)In the Jobs Window, Server Window, and Job History Window
The Edit > Delete command permanently removes the selected job(s) from the window; you cannot retrieve deleted jobs. If you invoke Edit > Delete without a selection, nothing will happen.
To delete job(s) from a window:
- 1. . Select the job(s) to be deleted using one of the standard text- selection methods.
- 2. . Click on Edit > Delete to remove the job(s).
Jobs can be killed using the File > Kill command.
Note: Jobs that are deleted from a window cannot be redisplayed during the current session. To redisplay all jobs, you must exit and restart.
In the Job Queue Window
The Edit > Delete command removes the selected job(s) from the job queue and the window. If you invoke Edit > Delete without making a selection, nothing will happen.
To delete job(s) from the job queue:
- 1. . Select the job(s) to be deleted using one of the standard text- selection methods.
- 2. . Click on Edit > Delete to remove the job(s).
In the Job Queue window, the Edit > Delete command is the same as the File > Kill command.
