Task List (Trace)This command is only available for Apex Ada and Apex Duo.
The task list enumerates the tasks that logged events into the current event file. Each list entry contains:
- A color and selection indicator box. This box indicates the color currently being used to draw the task (if you have a black & white display the box indicates the pixmap currently being used to draw the task). The shape of the box indicates whether the task is currently selected or not. A filled box means selected, a hollow box means deselected.
- A task number. The number used on the y-axis of the Task Timeline, Call Requests, and Signal Wait plots.
- The task sequence number (tsn). This is a unique number assigned to the task by the Ada runtime system.
- The task name.
You can drag a color from the Color Palette to an entry in the task list to change the task's color. This also works for pixmaps in a black & white display.
By clicking the left (Select) mouse button over an entry in the task list you can deselect the task. When a task is deselected all graphs are recalculated ignoring all trace information logged for that station. By clicking again on the task list entry you can incorporate the task information back into the graphs.
By selecting the (De)Select all tasks option in the Organization window's Options menu, you can select or deselect all tasks at once.
The Tasking Logic Analyzer is described in detail in the Tasking Logic Analyzer Guide.
