Help > ExplainThe Help > Explain command displays an error message or a tool message in a Message window for an error or an object in an Ada unit designated by shaded text. You can also invoke this operation using the icon on the top toolbar.
The cursor must be somewhere on the shaded text or in the space directly before it. Syntax and semantic errors during compilation are marked as shaded text on the image after running a command such as Compile > Syntax and Compile > Analyze. Usages are marked when running Compile > Local Usage. Matches of a pattern are marked when running Grep.
To clear shaded text, execute Clear Messages.
