Debug > Break Here

The Debug > Break Here command creates an active breakpoint at the statement associated with the cursor location. Selection of a location that is not inside a statement or declaration (such as the identifier of the unit) causes a break to be set at the first declaration or statement in the unit that has code associated with it. If Show Source is selected, breakpoints are indicated by red stop signs.

Note: If the Source window is displayed, you can also set a breakpoint by positioning the cursor where the breakpoint is to be set and pressing b. Breakpoint commands are also available through the Command Line Pane.
