Tools > Session > Save Session

An Apex session is the set of windows currently on your screen, along with their positions, sizes, and some aspects of their contents. You can save your session and, optionally, have it restored when Apex is next started. You can also open a session object in the middle of an Apex session; this has the effect of adding windows to your session.

To save your current configuration of windows as a session that can be restored later, use the Save Session dialog box.

Enter the simple name for the session in the Name field and click OK or Apply to save the session.

If you also check the Restore it when Apex is next run checkbox, the session will automatically be restored the next time you start Apex. To create a session which will be restored each time Apex is run use the session name default.

The popup alternatives menu lists existing sessions. You can select one of those if you wish to replace its contents with the current window configuration.
