View > Format SubmenuThe View > Format submenu provides several commands you can use to change the format for objects displayed in the current window.
The following table shows the commands available in the Format submenu:
Menu Button Display Format
Define Defines or modifies a display format
Names Simple names
CM Status Status for units under CM control (either Summit/CM or ClearCase)
File Attributes UNIX file attributes
CM Attributes CM attributes for units, including status, version number, and other information
Version Attributes For Summit/CM extended version attributes (user-defined, selected by an environment variable, or else those defined for the containing subsystem)
For Apex/ClearCase, attributes attached to this version of the element.
Access Attributes Access attributes (read and write)
With Kind Kind of object
Ada Attributes (Ada only) Ada unit state
Additional menu items may appear at the bottom of the Format submenu. These correspond to user-defined formats which have been created using the Define dialog.
