Navigate > Export Set Description

The Navigate > Export Set Description command displays a text-editor window containing the list of export sets to use for each explicit import. This command is available only in an Imports Viewer window.

You can change the names of the export sets in the text-editor window. Remember to select the File > Edit check box to open the file for editing. This button is also located on the button bar of the text-editor window.

If you change the name of an export set to name an export set that does not exist, the current view or Rational Subsystem (RSS) no longer has visibility to that imported view or RSS, unless another existing export set is listed.

For Apex/Summit, changing the name of an export set to name another existing export set in that view or RSS is equivalent to selecting Control > Change View Properties (Apex/Summit) and entering the new export-set name in the Export Set field.

Removing the name of an export set is equivalent to changing to the default export set of the imported view or RSS.

The Description.export_sets file is located in the Imports directory of a view or RSS.
