Installation limitation: When installing RequisitePro, do not use non-ASCII or double-byte characters for the installation path. (RATLC01005677) Prerequisites to installation on the RequisiteWeb server: Prior to upgrading the installation of the RequisiteWeb components, perform the following steps. 1. Verify that all RequisiteWeb users are logged out of RequisiteWeb. 2. Reboot the RequisiteWeb server before installing the fix pack. 3. Verify that all RqProxy.exe processes have been ended in the Task Manager.
