1) Purpose of this Patch
========================

This patch provides fixes to the problems described in the following Defects:

RATLC00520383 Greyed out menu Open Specification when right clicking on transition name

2) What Has Changed
===================

The Rose RealTime toolset has been modified to allow the previous behavior for the Open Specification context menu.

3) What is Included in this Patch
=================================

The following files in $ROSERT_HOME have changed:

Solaris
bin/sun5/RoseRT
bin/sun5/RoseRT.rsb

Windows
bin\win32\RoseRT.exe
bin\win32\RrtRes.dll

4) What to do Before Installation
=================================

Ensure there is a valid Rose RealTime patched to GA-04 installed.

Ensure file and directory permission's allow writing the files
listed in section 3. 

5) How to Install this Patch
============================

Solaris
Unpack the accompanying tar file in your $ROSERT_HOME directory.

    gunzip <  65GA04-Ericsson-00.sun5.tar.gz | tar -xf -

Windows
Unpack the accompanying zip file in your $ROSERT_HOME directory.

    Use winzip to extract the files in 65GA04-Ericsson-00.win32.zip

6) What to do After Installation
================================

Ensure the build number for Rose RealTime is 6.5.719 by selecting
Help -> About Rational RoseRealTime from the main toolbar menu.
