PROBLEMS
This patch
contains the following fixes:

R#34937
– Unable to transition a CR from Assigned to Resolved. This happens because the
trigger completeAssocTasks.pl will fails if user attempts to transition a CR from
Assigned to Resolved before using the interface from ClearCase to checkout a
file or create an Activity.

This patch
should be installed by anyone who uses IBM Rational Change for ClearCase Interface
2.1.

Please
follow the following steps to install the patch.

REVERSING THE PATCH
To reverse
the patch, replace the file that you replaced in step 4 with the original file
and follow steps 5 thru 9.
