PROBLEMS

This patch contains the following fixes

·         R33879 – Unable to re-synchronize the sync items if the items encountered error in the previous synchronization.

Fix for setting the last successful sync time.

·         R34570 – Incorrect handling of sync items that had particular COMException (0x800403FF) error.

Add capability to disable synchronization on sync items that encountered errors in the previous synchronization. Errors that will cause the sync item to be disabled are:

1.      Error indicates that a field value must be chosen from the list and that the value the sync process attempted to set is invalid.

2.      Error indicates that the associated Change Request cannot be found for the Quality Center defect.

Disabled sync items will be listed in the “Disabled Sync Items” page in the IBM Rational Change for HP Quality Center Interface. To fix the error:

1.      You must ensure the values for the field are identical in Quality Center and Rational Change. Each value that can be chosen from the list required a matched value from the corresponding list.

2.      Resolve the problem for the association between the Change Request and the Quality Center defect.

To re-enable the synchronization for the disabled sync item(s), you must check the checkbox “Is Fixed” for the item(s) you want to re-enable synchronization in the “Disabled Sync Items” page and click Save. Then the next synchronization will synchronize the item(s) again.

·         R34571 – Different server time zone not supported.

Support different server time zone.

If you have an existing link configuration, you must edit the configuration by selecting the correct server time zone for Rational Change and Quality Center and click Save.

·         R34540 – Incorrect behavior when synchronizing locked Quality Center defects.

·         R34526 – The interface does not allow to map states to empty strings (null values) while creating the link file.

·         R34667 – The integration does not connect to Change 5.1 properly.
