This patch contains the following software changes:

PK79693:

Fixes an issue in the web client where a query email link from a sub folder in a workspace gives an access denied error unless the user has public folder privileges.


PM10737:

Resolves an issue where the CM Server options 'Server Work Thread 
Count' and 'Maximum Active Servers' are not set to the default values.  


PM07257:

Fixes an issue where a prefix is added multiple times during multi-record updates  if the maximum length of one record is exceeded.


PM06851:

Fixes an issue for Base ClearCase-ClearQuest integration where the reference to a checked out version of a file in the cc_change_set field on the ClearCase tab of a defect record is not removed after the 101st checkin associated with the same ClearQuest defect record.  


PM06790:

Fixes an issue where multiple lines cannot be input into SHORT_STRING fields even though the multiple line checkbox is checked in the extend property.


PM09124:

Fixes an issue where javacores occurred due to a request for semaphores for Rational ClearQuest Web.  


PK82762:

For Rational ClearQuest Web, support was added for locales to improve date format handling: de, de-de, en, en-au, en-ca, en-gb, en-us, es , es-es , fr, it, it-it, ja, ja-jp, ko, ko-kr, pt-br, zh, zh-cn, and zh-tw.


PK74927:

Addresses an issue where syncreplica import becomes slow as the master_uuids table increases in size.


PK99764:

Resolves an issue where record ids are created with the wrong case when the user database is accessed with an URL that specifies the user database with the wrong case.


PM09959:

Fixes an issue where remapping a record type cannot be done while using a MSP  mpp file.  


PM07585:

Resolves an issue where changing the state of a record by right-clicking on the record from the resultset does not update the state in the result set.

Fixes an issue where the date/time field cannot be cleared in Rational ClearQuest Web.
