Fixes a problem in the ClearQuest Web client where restricted users receive an error when selecting a record from a query resultset even when the "Allow Modify Record When Restricted" option is selected.


PM49089:

Fixes a problem in the ClearQuest, ClearCase, and RequisitePro upgrade procedures where the ServerRoot value of the httpd.conf file was incorrectly modified during the upgrade process.
