INSTALLSB(1)

     NAME
installsb.sh - SoftBench Installation of ClearDDTS tools

     SYNOPSIS
          installsb.sh

     DESCRIPTION
installsb.sh automates the installation of ClearDDTS tools
under SoftBench. When run, installsb.sh checks to see if
the directory /usr/softbench exists. If not you are
prompted to give another directory which is the base
directory of the SoftBench installation. Then the directory
/usr/softbench/ClearDDTS is created and the current copy of
          /usr/softbench/config/softinit is copied there for
safekeeping. If installsb.sh has already been run and the
file has already been copied, you will be asked whether or
not you wish to overwrite the file by copying it again.
After the softinit file has been copied to
          /usr/softbench/ClearDDTS/softinit, the file
          /usr/softbench/config/softinitsrc/ClearDDTS will be created.
This file contains tool definitions for the XDDTS and DT
          tools. which look like

               XDDTS TOOL NET * %Local% $DdtsBinDir/xddtstool
DT TOOL NET * %Local% $DdtsBinDir/dt -scope net

The $DdtsBinDir value is the shell calculated value of
~ddts/bin. After creating the new softinit file, the
/usr/softbench/etc/merge-init program is run. The ClearDDTS
SoftBench tools are now available for use.

     FILES
