DDTSUPGRADE(1)

     NAME
ddtsupgrade - command used to upgrade ClearDDTS

     SYNOPSIS
          ddtsupgrade

     DESCRIPTION
The ddtsupgrade utility upgrades the ClearDDTS system in the
current directory. It is assumed that you have tar'ed
ClearDDTS from the distribution media into the current
directory. This script can only be run by ddts.

ddtsupgrade upgrades your current installation with the
files and directories in the NEWCLEARDDTS directory. Backup
copies of the files being replaced are kept in the directory
OLDCLEARDDTS. The files in the doc directory and all of the
compiled executable in *_bin are not backed up.

     WARNINGS
You must be ddts to run this utility.

Always run the most up-to-date ddtsupgrade from the
NEWCLEARDDTS directory. If you do not it is highly possible
that the upgrade will not be performed correctly.

Always make a copy of your current ClearDDTS installation on
tape or on disk before running this utility.
