This release notes document provides information about Rational SoDA v.2000 for Word, including new features introduced since the 3.6 release.
What's New in Rational SoDA v.2000 for Word?
- Improved Generation Performance was redesigned to exploit improvements made in Microsoft Word 2000 for maximum performance
- Improved support for Web Publishing including:
- New Generate Web Page Option
- Support for JPG Rational Rose Diagrams
- Rational RequisitePro Domain Improvements including:
- Generation Performance when using the RequisitePro domain against larger RequisitePro databases is much faster
- Visit Source to RequisitePro now works from any document or report generated from RequisitePro
- Selected Requirements Relationship
- Improved Rational ClearQuest domain performance
- Microsoft Word domain improvements. This allows you to easily include portions of an existing Word document in a SoDA document
- Improved Template View is now easier to use with command selection in a tree-like format instead of a list
- Improved Installation and Startup. SoDA now installs without concern over which version of Microsoft is available
- SoDA can now document design and code stored in Rational Apex Ada NT
- Internationalization
