• Signs that you might need to move away from using /main/LATEST:

  • Many unreserved checkouts
  • Cannot get a complete build
  • View rules like “/main/{created_by(me)}”
  • Encountering version skew often
  • Users start asking how to use “-version” option of checkout command

• Use /main/0 as a catch-all or fall-through rule
