![]() Answer: I interpreted your question in 2 ways: 1. DXL script generates output that is to be displayed in a column Either: Create an attribute to store the output of your script, then display the attribute in a column in the normal way. or Use attribute DXL to calculate the value, then display the attribute in a column in the normal way. 2. DXL script generates layout DXL for use in a column The following function sets the DXL for a column to a string value: void dxl(Column c, string dxlCode) Your function that generates the DXL for the column should return a DXL string, which can then be applied to the column using the above function. Note: When generating the DXL string, make sure to that all backslashes are converted to double-backslashes. Hope this helps, but please clarify what you need if it doesn't. | |

Hi
I have dxl scirpt which should add a column to an existing view. The content of the new column should be created by another dxl script. I suppose that there is a simple dxl instruction, but i don't find it (beginner) Thanks in Advance ------------------------- Frank |
