Answer:
I finally fount it! I had put the pragma into many include files, but not into one of my main program files. There is definitely some peculiarity with putting the pragma in include files. Something to be wary of in the future!

I have a script that is defined at a global scope, and called from a module scope. No matter where I put the timeout pragma (I've tried everywhere), it still times out. Does anyone know how to eliminate the timeout in these scopes?

Thanks!

Shawn

I just tried this at the pragma worked fine.

I put the following function definition in startup.dxl and restarted doors. This function is now defined in the top context.

void timeOutTest()
{
int i

for (i=0; i<1000000;i++)
{
;
}
}

and then, from a module, I typed the following into the dxl interaction window and hit run:

pragma runLim, 0
timeOutTest

Worked fine!

I have a habit of always putting the pragma at the very beginning of the DXL.
I know that it does not work under certain circumstances when it is in an included file but I have never investigated further.
I am using DOORS 7.1 patch 011.
