We currently generate Specification Change Notice (SCN) for document updates. Once these go through the Change Control Board (CCB) and are approved, the process to update DOORS is to use the CPS. This is a duplication of effort. I know, its backwards.

Is there a reporting function in DOORS that will display all change proposals to a module? For example, I would like to generate CP's for multiple objects that update object text and miscellaneous attributes. Can the DOORS CPS display these proposed changes in a report? This would be helpful when dealing with Change Control Board's and doing the work once.

You could go into the CP Partner module and filter on CP Attr - Status values of New. Then you could use the Analysis Wizard to bring in the current columns of the original module. Then insert the CP Partner module attributes that start with the word Proposed. Finally, save that view.

Not fancy, but it works.
