When I archive a formal module, the file size is only 1 kbyte in size and you cannot restore it. We are using V 5.2. Any ideas?

You may have a previously failed archive on you server preventing you creating new archives. Contact DOORS support and they will tell which files to delete in the database.
or As DOORS 5.2 is a single threaded server, only one user can create an archive at any one time, could someone else be doing an archive? Once they have finished you can have your go. ------------------------- John john.stevenson@mbda.co.uk |

I have encountered this when the server has been having a bad day. It doesn't really crash, but a restart sorts it out. We have an underpowered server for the 5.2 database and it occasionally becomes confused.
