Answer:
A reboot didn't clear this condition, but when we went in and stopped/restarted the license service, problem resolved.

DOORS 8.0
Single Floating License

Hello:

We are experiencing a flexlm error -4,132 (licensed number of users reached) even though no users are logged on.  We have tried stopping/restarting the DOORS service as well as a server reboot, with no luck.  Has anyone seen this before?

Thanks,

Scott Walker

We've just begun to experience the same problem. I did as you suggested by stopping and re-starting the service (using the functionality within Flex LM), however, the problem is still persisting, even after the re-start.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this problem? Would removing then re-creating the service solve the problem?
