Does anyone have any DXL that helps with editing Link Attribute values?

Hi Michael,

Bit of a coincidence. I am looking at a dialog that will edit link attributes (started about a half hour ago) it will work on tests in a particular module. One test will be linked to many requirements in another module, but the acceptance criteria for each requirement for the same test are differrent which makes it difficult if the test fails in any sort of way, ie it may only fail for one requirement. So the idea is that they run the test, put in a pass if it passess, but put in a pass/ fail for each requirement based on the criteria for that requirement if it fails. I have therefore decided to put the test criteria against the requirement, and a pass fail criteria for each test/req pair on the link in a link attribute and drag the results through to the requirement in another attribute dxl to see if the requirement has totally passed.

Bit convuluted perhaps but it is their prefferred solution, bit of fun though, never really used link attributes in this way or heard of anyone doing so, could be powerful if the design is right.

Sorry for the lack of link attribute help, for some reason I thought this might be of interest!

Somthing else of probably no interest: Your phone number suggests you live quite close to me, I live in Menai Bridge, or do when I'm unemployed!

Richard,

I never heard of "Menai Bridge". Is that in the UK? If so, that is not near me!

I had a look at your website and thought I saw an area code of (01248) in your phone number, thats the area code for Menai Bridge (Anglesey, North Wales, UK). perhaps its just a big coincidence (I guess your probably an american) I'll go back to sleep now!
