Antonio is correct, a canvas is created and a bitmap is drawn on it.

This can done using the following code in the layout DXL:

DBE cnv = null
string bmpFile = "<path to bitmap file>"

cnv = getCanvas()

if (!null cnv)
{
bitmap(cnv, bmpFile, 0, 0)
}


The bitmap being displayed for suspect link indicators is in
C:\Program Files\Telelogic\DOORS 7.1\lib\dxl\standard\suspect\indicate\suspect_in.bmp or suspect_out.bmp.

The suspect links column isn't showing a "real" link indicator. You cannot right-click on it and traverse a link.

I suspect that it is showing a graphic that has been drawn on a canvas. The DXL reference manual can tell you more on how to do this. Using a screen snapshot, you could obtain bitmaps for the link arrows to display on the canvas.
