Answer:

Following line of code  is your problem:
 string curTIDs[] = {}

The above lines give you an array of zero length

try

string curTIDs[99]
 
or iterate thru the string first to see how big you need to make the array

Attached dxl code with the following error:
-R-E- DXL: "Line:10" array bounds exceeded (0)
-I- DXL: execution halted

Can you here see what causes the above error?
