My module contains testcase objects, each object has a attribute called "Test Status". This is a enumeration that takes the values shown below. This is associated with a column within the view. The option appears as a drop down within the cell, the status can be changed from the default of "Not checked" to "Reviewed" or "checked". If my test module object changes in any way I would like the status of that object to default back to "Not checked" ie to react dynamically to changes within the module, my question is can this be done within doors and how do you do it.
Thanks for any guidance Martin |

You could setup a trigger to fire when any attribute is changed. Below is an example of a setting a trigger that will fire when the Object Text is changed.
Project px = current string pName = fullName(px) Module m = current string xName = name(m) string dxl = "Object o = current Object" dxl = dxl "\n" "o.\"Test Status\" = \"Not checked\" " Trigger attr1 = trigger ("ModObjTxt", project ->pName -> module -> xName -> attribute -> "Object Text",post, save, 10, dxl) ------------------------- Cliff Bly |
