Is there any means (other than writing A DXL script) by which it is possible to show in a module view traceability to objects below the module child via the Analysis Wizard?
I have a doc. heirarchy with a top level module (Module A), below which is another module (Module B) that has links to 4 modules that each contain a document reference in an Enumerated Attribute. It is easy to use the Analysis Wizard to produce a view in the Module B with 4 columns that list the document references contained in the attributes of the lower level modules. What I would like to do is create a view in Module A that also shows these Doc. references.
In precis, if the Analysis Wizard listed Layout DXL attributes of the module being analysed then that would achieve what I am after.

The analysis wizard only displays attributes that are common to all modules.
You will need edit the DXL generated by the wizard for that column. ------------------------- Tony Goodman http://www.smartdxl.com |
