Hi all,
does anyone in this forum have experience with running WEXP in the background? We are quite desperately looking for some such possibility, because we have some exports which last up to 6 or 8 hours, and obviously normal work is not possible during that time. I understand that the developers of WEXP have been testing some spooling for WEXP, which I do not understand and which is not documented yet. I do not even know if there is an official version of WEXP that includes this spooling option. Any hints or tips will be very much appreciated. Karl |

WEXP 12.1.11 contains spooling functionality.
You will need to talk to your Telelogic representative and see if you can get this version. |

Andrew,
I now have received WEXP 12.1.11 from Telelogic. Have you tried the spool functionality? Can you recommend it? They say that it's not fully tested yet. rgds Karl |

Hi,
I have used it and haven't had any problems. I haven't however fully tested it and won't be looking at doing this until after the holidays. |
