We have a Doors 8.0 server running on Linux.
It's seems to be running fine in all respects, but when a user (or Admin) attempts to archive a module, we get the error; No such file or directory /doors/data/'random file'.zip The 'random file' name changes every time. Any ideas? Thanks Edited: 16-May-2006 at 15:54 by Tony Barrett |

Is your current SERVERDATA "/doors/data/"? I have seen this behaviour in some instances where the whole database was copied from another server and though the SERVERDATA was set correctly the archieve function dug up the old database path from somewhere.

Thanks. Yes, SERVERDATA is currently set to /doors/data.
'doors' is actually a symbolic link pointing to device mounted on /space/doors. No indication that this has ever caused a problem with anything else. |
