I have loaded several specifications from MS Word into DOORS. These specifiations have a legacy Trace id associated with each requirments statement - I have created a common attribute for each module named "Legacy trace ID". I can identify within a module how many rerquirment statements do not have a legacy trace ID by running a filter (is empty) on the attribute. However what I need is a consolidated view of how many statements across whole legacy documet set do not have a legacy trace ID. |

I hacked the following together. It should give you a start.
The script looks in every formal module below the current folder and reports which objects have an empty Legacy trace ID attribute. Ouput is to a CSV file. Modules that do not contain the attribute are not included in the output. ------------------------- Tony Goodman http://www.smartdxl.com |
