Hi,

    One of the people in my office is having trouble using DOORSnet.  Everyone else seems to be able to use it without any problems but after he has logged on he just gets a blank grey screen and the little yellow triangle in the bottom left corner which says "Done but with errors on page".  
 
    We are using DOORS 7.1 with patch_011 installed.  He is using Windows 2000 professional with Service Pack 3 and his internet browser is Internet Explorer 5, also with SP3.  Anyone got any ideas what might be causing this?

I'm experiencing the same problems. In fact, even after fixing it, it happens again usually within 48 hours. The "bandaid" solution is to remove, then reinstall the DOORSNet service. The long-term solution, so I've been told, is to upgrade to 8.0. -Brigham

I think your problem is a different one to mine.  We eventually fixed our problem (with some help from Telelogic) by upgrading to Internet Explorer 6 and now it works fine.  We did also have problems in the past with the DOORSnet service stopping and us having to uninstall and reinstall it on an almost daily basis.  Telelogic's long-term solution to that was for us to update to DOORS 7.1!
