I don't think there is any particular order in which DOORS either stores or displays links. Probably creation order. If you want to control the order in which links are displayed, then you need to use a skip list.

Also, when dealing with incoming links, always use LinkRefs to loop through the incoming links and open the source modules if necessary.

The attached example should get you going - it prints all incoming links to objects in a specific order.

I am writing a DXL script that links through the objects and the associated links. When I write to the information to the file, it lists the link from last to first link for each object. Is there a way to override this? Also, what is the order that DOORS stores the links?

I am attaching a script to give you an idea of what I am doing.
