Answer:
Hello,

I deleted an object within a formal module, and purge it.
Then i saved the module, closed it, and reopen it.
The problem is that the object is still there. The other objects in the module do not have this problem.
In the object history one can see that the object has been deleted and then purged -

How can i solve this problem ?

Maurice

PS:

I use DOORS 7 SP1

I haven't used DOORS 7. But in DOORS 6 you cannot delete an object with incoming links and you cannot purge an object that has descendants. One problem is that DXL has capabilities that the interface does not; such as you CAN undelete an object with DXL even though its parents remain deleted. That can create some very odd situations.

Anyway, perhaps its possible that they partially addressed these issues in DOORS v7 where these restrictions apply when "flush deletions" is issued; if so you would get some error when you closed the module (but you don't see them). If you are curious I'd do your delete then purge, then Tools>>Edit DXL, type in "flushDeletions", then hit the [Run] button. Then look to see if the object reappears.

Then contact Telelegic.
