We have discovered that the find function (to find attribute type information such as size) does not accept a string either because of underscores in it, or because of length of the string. Or, at least, the function works if used with a short string containing no underscore. Is this known, and is there a workaround for it?

What version of DOORS are you using? I tried it with a short string and an underscore and the find function worked great for me. I'm using DOORS 6SR1.

Can you give us an example of the items with underscores...Telelogic does reserve some words with one and two underscores at the end of the word...maybe this is your problem. I'd say we need more specific information about the strings to understand the issue.
