Hi -

I work with a single-module at work that has over around 40,000 objects. Does anyone work with a module similar in size or even bigger? Do you experience any problems due to the size of the module?

Don't have anything near that size. If you are having performance problems, look at the history. History carries a big overhead. If there is a lot of history, consider baselining and see if your performance improves. Another possible problem is if the module has been set up for sharing and has a lot of lockable sections.
