I have previously asserted that module open commands read/edit/share set the current module to the opened module, but only if that module was not already open. If it IS already open, the current module remains whatever it was.
I'm sure this was correct as I've debugged programs using print statements to prove it. Problem is now I cannot demonstrate it. No matter what I do (dialog boxes, opening links, opening lots of modules), the open commands DO reset the current, even it its already open. Anybody got an example where the "read" command did NOT reset the current module? - Louie |
