![]() Answer: Right-click on the root DB folder in DOORS and get the Properties. The login options are on the first page. My log file is stored in "C:\DOORS-Data\v6-Data\v6data\logs\login_history.txt" where "c:\DOORS-Data\v6-Data" is where the system has stored the v6 Data. That location can be determined by going to the server, invoking regedit.exe, go to \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Telelogic\DOORS_Server\6.0\Config, string value "ServerData". As far as I know a client computer cannot query through DXL unless the server data location is really a network folder on the server; in which case you can browse for it using Windows Explorer. - Louie | |

Hi -
There is an parameter on a database that can be enabled to log failed and sucessful logins. When these parameters are enabled where are these log files stored on the file system? Also, what information do they provided, and can they be read w/an external program? Thanks, ------------------------- pete.kowalski(at)motorola.com |
