I have also heard a lot of requests for this, but I am not sure all of them are well thought through.

There will be occasions where this is useful, however...
Whenever the module changes you will get an email, even if you had one yesterday, and every day last week.

I haven't looked at what you have implemented in the way of options, but if anybody uses this, don't complain when it does what it says!

Feedback on how this is used would also be good.
