Hi,
I wonder if anyone could propose a way of stoping the continuation of the DXL script after the use of the system command in windows. I execute a perl script using the system command and I must wait for its results before continuing with the DXL script. Spiros,
I had the same problem, and developed a "delay" routine. I have attached it below. If anyone has a good method of improving it, please let me know. Mark ------------------------- Mark Phillips mark.phillips@swri.org |

Hi, Mark.
Another way is, to wait with a dialog box ('ask()') for user input to continue the script. I write a temp file with an output of the dbadmin program. And many times, the command took a indefintely time to write this file. Dirk. ------------------------- Dirk Plaschke |
