Hi all,
i want to code a request if there are any items selected in a multilist and if not,
the dialog should not terminate, but return and give the chance to select some.

For any dialog box callback you just do a return to go back to the dialog. Now if before your return you hide the dialog box, you can do another show to display it again. If you destroy it before your return, you'll have to recreate it.
