Here is one i wrote today to structure an imported set of requirements.
If the requirements are imported from a database that has the notion of child-parent relationships then this utility will structure them in DOORS in a flash.
The comments tell you how to use it (which is pretty easy)

You've got a problem if the module had Deleted Objects that need to be moved. You've got a much bigger problem if you need to move objects below or after other deleted objects. Your script won't work if filtering or sorting is currently on; so I'd turn those off exclicitely.

Yes you are right about these things.
I wrote it as utility to work on freshly imported flat data and so didnt cater for all scenarios. It worked superbly for me under these circumstances.
Feel free to make it a more general solution.
