Answer:
If anyone else is curious- I ended up putting all the elements for one page in one object, then having a full page layout in the dot file. You can pretty much put anything anywhere you want, and a 2 column layout was very easy

Hello all, I am just now getting into WEXP, I read the manual today. I am putting together a UI design style guide which I would like to export with WEXP. I have figured out most of the formatting I need but I do have a layout question. In an ideal world, the style guide would have 2 columns, one for information about x component, and a smaller one on the right (maybe 30% total width) which has a shaded BG and contains screenshots of the components. So, on the left you have what is a combo box, on the right, a picture of a combo box. Is this possible? Thanks a lot for your help! Jeremy

You can export using WEXP in either book and/or table format. Using your example I suggest you create a view with 2 columns (Information and Picture) and an appropriate filter then export that view as a table using WEXP Module View and WEXP View Name and WEXP Export Style attributes at the appropriate point in the export.
When the last item in the view is exported it will revert back to the next object in the view which called it.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Martin, I am in the process of trying it by making everything on one page go into one object with many rows. Then I am assigning everything in Word and trying to handle layout like that. If that doesnt work I will try your idea!
