I want to have a single script exist in multiple pull-down menus. I know I can copy the script into different folders and that works, where each such folder's *.idx file references the script.
I prefer to have only one copy of the dxl in the folders, figuring the other folder's *.idx would point to it indirectly. That is, the first MainMenu.idx would have line: "MyDxl _ _ MyDXL: This is My DXL" whereas the second one (the one without its own copy) SecondaryMenu would have line "../MainMenu/MyDXL _ _ MyDXL: This is My DXL". But I cannot make relative paths in the *.idx work. Can it be done? How? - Louie |

I think I tried that a while back and couldn't get relative or absolute paths to work, so gave up on it. Instead, I had two dxl files whose only contents was the #include of the common code.
