Does anyone know of a way of filtering at Linkset level?

E.g. Outgoing links through a specific Link Module to a specific target Module.

I realise I could have an individual Link Module per 'Linkset' to get round this problem, but just wondered if there was another way.

Ken,

There is a way to filter on linksets. Select Tools/Filters from the formal module. Select the links tab and you can setup a filter based on things like "Outgoing links through a specific Link Module to a specific target Module"

Can't see the target module bit. I can filter on a specific link module but not a target module or linkset. Maybe I 'm missing something?

Ken,

Nope you aren't missing anything...it's me

I completely missed the "Target Module" point (meaning I didn't go look at the filter tab before I answered) *Slaps self on wrist*.

There is no way that I know of to specify the Target module. Therefore, it appears that you will need to create separate link modules. Sorry, to confuse you.

Nit-Pick:

[1] Don't forget to "refresh(mod)" after accepting/rejecting all the objects.

[2] Attr DXL is updated when the module is open or when the current value is null. Your code will result in null for objects with no outlinks; thus your code will update for these objects continually as you scroll the module. Consider adding:

if (null stringOf(B)) obj.attrDXLName = " " // space is NOT null
else obj.attrDXLName = stringOf(B)

[3] Lets remind the folks to NOT combine accept/reject with Attr or Layout DXL or you'll get lots of DXL errors (I think the definition of "obj" gets confused if you hide the object).
