If I declare a Buffer and fail to delete it I know that I've wasted space while the DXL or associated dialog is running. But isn't this space released when the DXL ends? So if I declare a single global buffer and fail to delete it, it really has no affect after the program ends, no?
- Louie Yes, I know better than to do this for funtions creating buffers inside of loops. |

If you've declared the Buffer in a local context (i.e. not in a DOORS startup file), then the memory it uses should be reclaimed when the DXL ends, even if you don't delete it.
