Hello every one
I was looking to apply a filter on the requirements module and copy these objects into a new module, but the problem is tables i.e if a particular cell in a table is a requirement and others are not i still want to show the whole table. But when i apply the Standard filter of DOORS it shows only cells that satisfy the filter criteria Is there a way that i can use dxl to display whole of the table even if only one cell matches the filter.. Look at the Advanced button on the filter dialog. The bottom right "Apply Filter to Table Cells" is checked. If you uncheck it the filter will automatically show all table cells. I don't believe you can get it to display the entire table only when one of the cells matches the criteria.
You can do it with DXL but it gets sticky. DOORS Tables really stink. We just put the table inside an OLE diagram and have the text say "shall be as this table". - Louie |
