I'm sure I'm being dumb, and the answer is obvious, but....
I've just inherited a Project from someone who has left, and have been asked to modify access rights for his replacement. All has gone swimmingly, except for one Formal Module. I have given him the correct access, but when he opens this particular module all the objects within it state "Read Locked Data". He can create new objects, but is still unable to read/edit the object content. I'm sure I'm doing something daft, but I can't see what. Any suggestions???? |

Module has been shared so the object access rights are not inherited? Replace the rights to be inherited by running a script from DXL Library (was it "Example to remove sections").

As Pekka pointed out it may be access rights to the objects. It also may be lack of access rights to attribute Object Text and Heading.

I think Louie wins the cuddly toy. The access rights to the attributes were in a complete mess.
Thanks for the suggestions |
