I have successfully configured DOORS for use with LDAP (AD) for one domain/OU. However, this configuration does not pull all the users that need to log into DOORS. I need to pull users from three domains with many OU's from each domain. We have one top level domain with two lower level domains. The managing DOORS manual only has three pages on how to do this configuration. It appears to me that you have to have all your users in one OU for this to work. Can anyone confirm this for me?

Thanks,
Nancy Anderson

with DOORS 8.3 you can set different roots locations
- one for groups and another one for users.
works great for me..
(also you can create a "group of all doors groups" - so that DOORS will refer only to these groups and not all groups that's under that root.
