Answer:
Suspect links work on the "Change Date" of an attribute.

For any attributes you don't want to trigger a suspect link, go to the attribute definition and untick "Affect change dates".

You cannot do this for built-in DOORS attributes, so it will still trigger for "Object Heading" and some other system attributes.

Is it possible for suspect links to only trigger on Object Text changes although Generate history is checked for other object attributes?
