![]() Answer: My organization is thinking about using the Doors to Synergy interface. Can any one tell me if this interface works well for them. We have not been sucessful in implementing the interface on a test environment. Are there some basic that we can look at not covered in the interface documentation? Thanks BL ![]() | |

Our company is in the exact same boat. I really don't have anything to add except that our experience mirrors yours and I am very anxious to get this resolved.

We tested using Change Synergy with DOORS as an alternative to CPS (using ECPS to inferface DOORS to Synergy). Turns out that while you CAN modify your change process in Synergy you cannot modify the equivalent process in ECPS. Now ECPS was deliberately a mirror of CPS capabilites (Yuuuuucck), so Change Synergy was virtually worthless to us.
I do recall it was a nightmare to make work, and then like I said it doesn't really work. Don't know about CM Synergy. - Louie |
