I'll repeat the solution from that thread in here:

I have a cyclic dependency between 2 functions in my algorithm, so am forced to forward declare one of them.

This works fine in the DXL Interaction window, but the following error is returned when the DXL is executed in batch mode...


-R-E- DXL: forward reference not resolved

Has anyone come across this problem? Is there a workaround?

The example I created to demonstrate this error is below:

Well, I've combined the functionality of the two cyclic functions in a single monsterous recursive function.

The batch DXL processor seems happy with that.

If I find out anything from Telelogic about this issue, I'll be sure to post it up.
