It's a common one, go into the doors folders (in program files) and find the normal.dot file. copy into the Office Default folder replacing the origianl normal.dot (1) I suggest you back up the normal file first and 2)you'll need to look the folder up in the word options menu or search for normal.dot as the file may be in one of several places).

The icon should now appear next time you open word

Sandra,

You don't have to overwrite your "normal.dot" with the "doors.dot" to make the icon appear in Word.

This link gives details on copying the "doors.dot" to the correct location if the DOORS installer does not do so.
