Hi,
We formed a partition including some formal and link modules then we imported this partition and edited the formal modules only. When we rejoined the partition, we found out that the link modules still appear to be read only. And when we try to open those link modules software notes that the modules are still partitioned out. However, we cant see any exported partitions in the "Exported Partitions" tab.
Does anyone have an idea on h
ow to recover those link modules?
By the way we use 8.1 edition.

Thanks
Ayca

I am currently in the same situation. We just returned a partition to the home database and I am now trying to export another partition but I get an error stating: Couldn't lock module [link module name]. I could create a partition without that particular link module, but our away database needs that link module. How can we remove the partition lock on the suspect module?
