Answer:
Thank you for your responses.

I think, I found the problem why DOORS windows is not working the same way we used to work before Citrix installed. We need to buy and install Citrix to MS Office interface product to solve the problem.

The DOORS screen looks odd and not friendly if used through Citrix. I have to pull the DOORS screen left to right, up and down to adjust the screen to see the DOORS information on the screen when the Citrix is running backend. I did not notice any difference when I was using the DOORS through Citrix in another project. I mean the Citrix was transparent to the user. Does anybody know that there is solution for this problem?

Thank you for your responses.

We are running DOORS 5.2 through terminal server and the problem you have seems the same as when Terminal Server is running in a window. This is useful to paste between your normal desktop and DOORS on Terminal Server but can be a bind as you have found. With Terminal Server you have to set it to run full screen. Ctl+Alt+Break toggles between the two modes.

Don't know if it will be applicable in your case, but;

When I VPN in to our server I use Citrix to reach some apps, but with DOORS client on my local machine I can access DOORS directly; I don't have to go through Citrix. I've had no display problems using this method. BTW, running DOORS 5.2
