Answer:
This forum is reviewed by the 'Web Team' from time to time and where possible actioned - this may be as little as once a month. As Mandy states, this and these forums are not for product enhancements, but more for feedback and comments on the support site and support forums in particular. If product suggestions are posted to the forums, they are passed on to the product support group, but there is no time guarente - or infact any guarente that the entry will be actioned, as this is not an official channel into Telelogic's customer support. As always, you can contact me directly using steve.armitage@telelogic.com Regards, Steve

If you want your suggestions to be reviewed by Telelogic you need to submit them to your local customer support department. This can be done by using the traditional contact methods or by clicking the link below within this support site

https://support.telelogic.com/en/case/enhancement/index.cfm

But according to Stephen Armitage:

"This forum is for "Post suggestions and feedback about the DOORS forums and the support website" - not for product enhancements. "

Surely this forum IS reviewed by the Web Team is it not?

Apologies - I should have made myself clear

Any posts to this forum for amendments to the way that the support forums function will be read by the web team and actioned wherever possible

If anyone uses this forum to post amendments to DOORS products then no-one from product management or support will read them - standard product suggestions must be submitted to customer support as per normal
