I want to export metrics to an Excel spreadsheet, but not just a total count. I need the code to identify the object text that contains TBD, list each object, and then for each TBD that's listed, look under the attribute "verification status" and display either Yes or No in the next column for each TBD listed.

I realize that it is easy to show with a filter, however, I need this status reported monthly to show a trend in the data, which is why I would like a script, so it can be done automatically.

You just make a DXL program that you call from a batch file nightly or monthly. And you can apply your filter in DXL.
But heres a quick and dirty. You can find my Excel functions include file with a quick search. EDIT: I put it up on Kevin's site.
