I'm using the "clone" function to generate a new module which contains all the same Attributes, Types and Views as its predecessor. The intention is to then export a word doc. to it and have a similar module to the one from which it was cloned. It all works fine - in the clone window I select all the attribute definitions, attribute types and views, hit OK and DOORS generates me precisely what I expect. I end up with a blank new module with all the views, attributes etc as before. However...... if I then save this new module and re-open it, the attributes, types etc are still as they were and all the expected Available Views in the drop-down menu are listed - but all the views contain only the "Object Identifier" and "Product Requirements" attributes. I'm puzzled!!! While the module was initially open after it was created I could change views and see all the expected attributes. Why are the layouts of the views lost when I save? Any suggestions, anyone?
