I am observing two problems when combining symbols with subscript formatting and exporting to MS Word:
1) Using symbols in subscript: When I put the following text in an object's "Object Text": foo L_{lambda} bar (the '_{lambda}' should represent the symbol lambda as subscript) and export the object to Word (using either the standard export or WEXP), all text after L_{lambda} remains in subscript mode! Replacing the symbol with a 'normal' character exports well. 2) Using subscripts after symbols A related problem appears when I am trying to attach a subscript to a symbol, e.g. {lambda}_0 (i.e. the symbol lambda with the number zero as subscript). In this case, the subscript is ignored during the export and the zero is exported in full height. I must admit that we still run Doors 7.0 (but we are in the process of upgrading), so for the moment I would just appreciate if someone running an actual Doors version could just test if the problems described above still exist in the newer Doors versions. Thanks in advance, Peter |

No problems here with the examples you described using DOORS normal Word export to "Book" format.
