Hi all,
In the DOORS 8.2 Release Note i found this feature "Display module attributes when module is not open". So, can we do that in a DXL function ? (If telelogic do that, it must be possible in DXL). The problem is to read a module attribute we must have a "Module" handle and if module is closed, "Module" handle is null. Frédéric. |

You need to use the new ModuleProperties type that comes with DOORS 8.2.
The code has examples of how to use the new perms associated with ModuleProperties. This is REALLY useful and saves hours when looping through modules. ------------------------- Tony Goodman http://www.smartdxl.com |

I'm still on 8.1 but we'll be upgrading to 8.3 shortly. Does this allow you to get info on just Module Attributes or both Module and Object Attributes?

Darn. Was hoping it would allow you to get AttrDefs of Object level attributes.
