Answer:
You must use the dxl(get) and dxl(set) perms. I attached a small script which moves any column to any position.

I have columns A,B,C,D located at 0th ,1st , 2nd , 3rd position in my view,
I need to move the position of column C to first position through DXL script , if C is an attribute column then it can be implemented as insert(column 0)
attribute(column 0, "Attribute Name")

but Column C is a Layout DXL.So can any one help me how to move a Layout DXL column to required position.
