![]() Answer: Well... I'm answering my own question, but just in case this happens to anyone else: Our license file did not include the DOORSnet feature. So... for everyone who is a shameless newbie like me, I recommend checking all the preliminaries first: like license files. We called support and they sent us the file with the DOORS_WWW feature, and it works fine. | |

I am trying to set up DOORSnet 7.1 on a Windows 2003 Server. After I installed the session manager, through the cmd line, Microsoft Windows Services says that the DOORSnet session manager is running.
BUT If I go into DOORSnet, Tools -> Sessions, it says that Session Manager is not running. I am having problems registering a user DOORSnet. After I input the name and email address in the Welcome to DOORSnet screen, I get the error: "Could not connect to the DOORSnet Session Manager" - obviously, because the Session Manager doesn't seem to be running on DOORSnet. Could someone give me advice on this problem? |

Oh, and I already tried stopping, restarting, removing, reinstalling the Session Manager. This has not solved my problem.
