Hello,
I am working in DOORS 7.0 SP1. I need to share a module from my database with a person who is using DOORS 6.0. Is there any way to do this by just giving them the module? Is it correct that you cannot share module archives across versions? I am hoping to save some manual input/reformatting for the people receiving our module. Also, I do have version 6.0 on the machine where my data resides (standalone). I am running 7.0 on it now, but just wondering if I could restore the data in 6.0 to be on the same page as the people I want to share with (if that's necessary). Thank you. |

The thread above mentions a DOORS Exchange program that allows people to share data across different versions. I spoke with Technical Support and they said it is not possible to do a direct drop to an earlier version. So it looks like it's going to be a manual effort...
