Is anyone using DOORS XT? I will be making the decision of whether to deploy DOORS or XT and would like any feedback concerning the readiness of XT and the pros/cons of each.

Here are my 2 cents on this.

I have been using DOORS since version 5. I am now using version 7.1 and 8.1 in parallel.

I have used XT 1.1 and 2.0, and I would recommend to stay away using this version in a production environment. The main reason for my stance is XT doesn't have all the friendly functionality as the vanilla DOORS. What looks promising in XT is the API where other languages such as C# can be used. I will take that language over DXL any day
