I have a module that contains requirements that will need to be broken down into respective portions. So I created enumeration column to identify their respective portion. But after I filtered them according to their enumeration, I want to re-assigned their heading numbers because the view still hold the existing heading number of the respective heading objects.
Can any one guide me in saving a filtered view to another module and re-number their heading numbers in sequence. Thanks. |

If you want to break up a current module into separate sections, each in their own module, after filtering use Tools / Function / Copy objects to copy the objects into the new section modules. When using the Copy objects, select to copy the current display set, then the filtered set only is copied.
