I'd like to build some custom DOORS Object headings so that anyone who creates new requirements modules will have a basic structure to coordinate with my custom word.dot file for styles. ------------------------- Clint Wenk Product Manager Voxpath Networks |

Create a new folder in the template directory, for example, "MyTemplates". In this folder, you need to create a .hlp file that contains the folder name you want to appear in the dialog tree. (I just copied one of the .hlp files from one of the example folders, then edited it in notepad. The only text in the file is "MyTemplates".)
Then just put your new template .dxl files in the MyTemplates folder and you should be good to go! Not sure about sharing it though... I'm just going to install the folder on all the client machines. -Brian Edited: 30-Dec-2005 at 00:08 by Brian Matis |

Thanks Brian! I'll give it a try.
Is there a similar folder on the DOORSNet server? I would like these templates to be available for web users. ------------------------- Clint Wenk Product Manager Voxpath Networks |
