I am just wondering what causes dangling links? We have one module that has incoming links show up, but the other module does not have their outgoing links show up. Please note that the "linked" objects are not deleted.

I wonder what version of DOORs you are using...and if you have been using sharable edits.
There is a known problem when using sharable edit in ver 5.2 that produces the symptoms you describe (see problem 11395). If this was the cause a patch is available from telelogic to fix the problem. Dave |

There was also a problem where outlinks were seen but inlinks were not. Don't know the cause. But I noticed that if you "edit" such a link (without making any change to it) then save the source module, the target module could then see the link (when you reopened it).
Try something like the attached on all source modules. - Louie |
