Hi Ron,

Have experienced this problem many times but firstly - did you change the access permissions on the production server or on your PC?

Whilst each user can have DOORSNet files installed on their PC, these are purely to allow users to configure and publish modules on DOORSNet.

It's a differant story at the production server though, the installed DOORSnet files on the production server interface with the DOORS server and actively create the CGI information required by the Webserver to display DOORSnet to users. Make sure that users have full access rights into the ..\Program Files\Telelogic folder on the Production host and that these access rights are set to ripple down to all sub-folder and files below this.
