I would like to create an external link and assign it to multiple objects within a module, much like you can do w/ an attribute.

Many of the requirements within my module will require the same external link. I would like to only make the link one time and apply it to multiple objects(requirements).

Can someone tell me if this is possible ?

Thanks in advance for your help
Regards

This can be done - But the answer will be a microsoft type answer,
(i.e, I will tell you something that probably won't be usefull for you).

First start the link, then select a range of objects.
Select Make link from start.
Select Selected objects from dialog box.

If your having problem you may need to know that to select objects in DOORS, you the objects must be in edit mode.

I do not use this method -- most all linking I do is by
--link by attribute
or
--dxl scripts

Alejandro,

I would submit a bug report. You cannot do this in the GUI, and you should be able to.

You can always look into DXL, as Ron suggested.
