Hi all,
Is there any way the dates in DOORS can be entered in the UK Format (day/month/year) rather than the US Format? Thanks Dave |

I also find this a little annoying. DOORS knows to use A4 rather than Letter paper from the Locale, but still displays history dates in US format.
DOORS recognises both dd/mm/yy and mm/dd/yy input formats, but assumes US if the dd is 12 or less. Entering 21/2/03 gives 21 February 2003, but entering 12/2/03 gives 2 December 2003. As far as I know the only way round this is to enter dates using the month name rather than number, e.g. "12 dec 2003". ------------------------- Tony Goodman http://www.smartdxl.com |

Here is some DXL code that I found which will convert to eurodate whenever a date attribute is changed.
Basic Steps: 1. Create a trigger to fire when an attribute is changed 2. If the attribute is of type "DATE" then execute the conversion 3. If the attribute is not of type date then done. Have Fun. |
