I would like to use a UML tools with DOORS and .Net studio. Is it possible to roundtrip engineer C# code using Telelogic products? Does anyone have experience of tracing between UML models using DOORS? Thanks in Advance for your help |

Keith,
I documented the methodology I use to trace between UML generated from the IBM Rational Rose Enterprise tool and DOORS in a presentation called "Developing Complex Systems Using DOORS and UML" located here. The UML modeling that was involved was a high-level functional architecture modeling, and not a low-level software modeling, so the methodology may not help your particular situation. ------------------------- Michael Sutherland michael@galactic-solutions.com http://galactic-solutions.com |

Keith, take a look at telelogic Tau software. This allows you to link DOORS requirements to UML (SQL ? ) models. I know there are various code generation modules available, I have used C in the past, not sure about C# support though.
Cheers, Andrew.
