In the users guide for 8.2 under Using Doors to Manage Your Testing, it says this: You can add a layout DXL column to any modules that are linked to the test module to display the status of tests linked to objects in the module as a tick or cross. |

Don't know anything about the test tracking toolkit, but you can easily display a tick or a cross in a layout DXL column.
There is a menu option Tools > Wizards > Icon... which allows you to display an icon based on the value of an attribute. Alternatively, you can write your own DXL to do this. Attached is a simplified example of the iconiser wizard code. If you want to display an icon according to values in linked objects, then run the trace wizard to generate the layout dxl and then edit the code to display ticks rather than text. Hope this helps. ------------------------- Tony Goodman http://www.smartdxl.com |
