Any one have Ideal how to create DXL script for the following

I have 3 traceability modules(Business Rules, Requirements and Test cases) linked based on the ID number in the each module. I have failed testcase ID in the test case module. Now I want to find the Impacted BRs and Requirements. generally I'm finding the impacted BRs and Requirements thru. Analysis--> Impact on the Menu bar. results shows all the impacted BRs and Requirements. Now I want to generate one report shows all impacted BRs, Requirements and test cases. I mean I want to save all the impacted BRs, Requirement and Test cases into one view. it is posible using DXL script. Please let me know if any one have an ideal, how to create dxl script.

Thanks
Ananda

If I understand your situation correctly, you should run the "Analysis -> Wizard", making sure in "Step 5" to perform a "Recursive Analysis" with a "Depth of anaylsis:" = 2.

You can do this from either end (Business Rules or Test Cases), just make sure you pick the right link direction in "Step 2". If links do not flow in the same direction for the entire analysis, it will not work. You have to be set up either as

"Business Rules" -> "Requirements" -> "Test cases", or

"Business Rules" <- "Requirements" <- "Test cases".

If the links do not yet exist, but you have an attribute (ID number) that is associated with Objects in two Modules, you should try the "Linking by attribute" tool found on the Link menu in DOORS 6. Its usage is documented in the "Using DOORS" manual.
