Answer:
Dear Sirs,

The bug that has been outlined has now been resolved bar our servers catching bird flu, files should now upload correctly.

I have tried (repeatedly) to upload a very small file (10k). I always get a "failed to upload" message. What's the problem?

I have sent you guys (Telelogic web support) several emails about this issue and others, and had no reply. The web site seems to be less than brilliant in a number of ways and the web team are a lot less than prompt and efficient to replying to raised issues. Some sort of improvment/ evidence that the web team have not been wiped out by bird flu or somthing would be nice.

Hi Richard, full agreement to what you say! Reactions from the web-team none, service on web-issues none, stability none .... Some time ago there has been sent anonymously a web-link to give feedback after several complaints. This was the only reaction... But the form was not really fitting to what I would have liked to say. So I skipped it. :-( Hello Telelogic: The discussion in the forums tremedously reduce the load of your support-hotline, which saves costs. It would be nice if you would recognize this and spend on the other hand some money to polish your web-support. Thanks for listening. Regards Hubertus

Hi Guys,

Sorry for the delay in responding. We have been working hard on the update of the corporate website which went live on Saturday.

The problems are being looked at right now and you should have a resolution.

Regards,
Steve

Hi, Thanks for your help! Well, once in heavy action would you mind checking also following: 1) I cannot use "Reply" and I will get an error then. 2) Also "New topic" brings up an error :-(). At least on my machine, see below. I would have opened a new thread for this, but it is not possible.... Thanks Hubertus Error An error has occurred. If you wish to notify the administrator please click here. To go back to the main forum page please click here. Error:# Routines cannot be declared more than once. The routine "auth_GetUserInfo" has been declared twice in different templates. The error occurred on line -1.

Hi Hubertus,

I had exactly the same problem you outlined in your last reply, changing my profile (personal options) in regard to the editor type (I changed it from WYSIWYG to HTML editor) solved my can't reply and can't open new topics issue, I suggest try this for yourself.
Hope it works
