I recently ran the Integrity Checker on my database after I found some corruption in restoring some modules/folders. A new folder called "Lost and Found" was created and I am having my users look at these modules/folders to see if we need to salvage them. I am just wondering if we decide we don't need these items can I just delete them? I could not find much information on integrity checker documented and I want to clean up/repair the database corruption, not corrupt it further...

Thanks in advance for your help!
