I am writing a script which is to be run in batch mode to backup a DOORS project overnight. Everything is ok apart from I need to make sure all open modules are closed and everyone is logged out. Does anyone have any sample code for any similar operations. I.e. the closing of all open modules and logging users out of the system.
Thanks in advance. |

In the discussion below:
Other Discussion it is sugeested to use: get the list of user sessions... dbadmin -d 36677@server -u kill a session... dbadmin -d 36677@server -k which looks good, however I don't have dbadmin.exe on the standalone setup which I am developing on. It is normally in the bin folder, but I don't know if it is only added as part of a full client/server installation on the server or it is one of the options as part of installation. I can't check this easily either as all the installation is done by another company who look after all our harware and software. Does anyone know the answer? |
