I would like to find out how frequently users are accessing DOORS. I can't find any DXL that let's me query the last login date. Does DOORS keep this information, and if so how do you get it? Or is this something that's only available from the license manager? (And same question: How do you get it?) Thanks, Chris.

PS. This is very similar to post 2969: User Administration: Looking for help with passwords and idle users. That thread didn't have a solution.

List of all logins to database is stored in file: v6data/logs/login_history.txt

Yes. I just finished a script that reads this file. I can find no way of accessing that file unless running DOORS from the server; to run from a client you need to have someone send the file.
That file gets real big real fast. I'd rename it to something else every now and then. It will get created the next time someone logs in. - Louie |

There is an uncommented property called "user.passwordLastChange". It works with DOORS 7.2 but I dont know from which version it starts to work.
