Have there been any reported problems of DOORS 7.1 operating with Window 2003 Server SP2?
Our environment has been recently upgraded to Window 2003 Server SP2 and now when opening DOORS modules it appears to be trying to run a dxl script and I receive the following error: <Line 1> undeclared variable (Mod) <Line 1> incorrect arguments for function (current) All done with 3 errors and 0 warnings <Line 1> and Module parameter was passed into argument position 1 Execution halted <Line 2> syntax error |

Hard to believe a change to the OS would cause extra DXL to fire. Sounds more like AttrDXL, Layout, or Triggers have been installed or there's been a change to AutoDeclare.
Is it every module or just one module? Search for 'DxlFind.dxl' on the forums, as well as 'AutoDeclareSet.dxl' (or is it AutoDeclareToggle) on the forums. Try turning ON autodeclare and see if the error goes away. In anycase, you want to run DxlFind on your module to see which DXL is firing. - Louie |
