What encryption methods are used by DOORS to encrypt the data? We are using DOORS 8.1. |

At one time the Telelogic people did not like to use the word encrypt because of inport/export compliance -- this may still be the case.
So, the doors data is compressed -- not encrypted. |

that is my understanding. it is only gzip compressed. You need a VPN wrapper or Citrix to add encryption.
