Does anyone have any thoughts on DOORS XT. My project is currently using DOORS 7.1 and my management would like to migrate to something that would be a repository for all requirements but yet allow other tools to access the data. This is what they are looking for:

1. All project data in a relational database like Oracle
2. All requirements controlled by “some” CM tool
3. Ability for ALL project tools to access data in the database

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks, Karen

Karen:

I will be evaluating DOORS XT 1.1 for my group shortly. From my little experience using both XT versions (1.0 and 1.1) this new tool looks very promising. I shall keep you posted.

Regards,
