Yes there is. Apply a filter on the subtree (current object and its descendents) using the following DXL.

Such a filter can be created using the standard filter tool.

- Select the object that represents the chapter you want
- Click Tools->Filter...
- Click on the "Objects" tab and select "Include current object"
- Click the "Advanced" button
- Ensure the "Show descendants" checkbox is ticked
- Click the "Simple" button
- Click OK or Apply

Using this technique, the DXL to do this is:

Script won't work if the section is the last one in ITS section (e.g. section 4.3 when there is no 4.4).

The one I wrote got the Paragraph number of the current object, then looked through the module accepting objects whose paragraph number had the current's as its prefix. You could probably write one that rejected all objects, then starting from the current object accept it and recursively accept all its children.
