I was wondering if it is possible to select multiple cells in a table, and assign "group" properties to them. I would appreciate it if you could let me know. Thank you.

Not possible, you can select a single cell or you can select all cells.

I have been able to "select" multiple cells by using a filter like:
"Absolute Number = 1234 and Absolute Number = 1239 and Absolute Number = 1242" and then use DXL to update the same attribute of those filtered cells by using: Object o for o in current do { o."Object Text" = "Updated" } ------------------------- Karen Hidalgo<BR>Northrop Grumman - TASC<BR>karen.hidalgo@ngc.com |

Filtering on absolute number is the way to go, but then you don't need DXL to do the update:
1. Filter based on absolute number 2. Right-click --> Properties --> Attributes tab 3. Select the attribute to modify and click Edit... 4. Update the attribute from the Attribute Value window 5. Indicate Apply to: Object in current view 6. OK 7. Apply to all displayed objects --> Yes Similar results may be achieved by using selection (Shift) and then select the selection option for step (5). Thank you Karen. This sounds like a really good approach.
