How to use the WEXP Width and WEXP Height Attributes to size an OLE object

I have attempted use the WEXP Width and WEXP Height attributes. At one time, it seemed that I had it working. But I haven't been able to duplicate my efforts.

I know that it is in millimeters....but other than that I haven't seen any example on how to use these attributes.

Can anyone help me out here?
