Is it possible to put a button in a layout DXL column?
Or capture a click event on a canvas? ------------------------- David Pechacek AAI Services Textron dpechacek@sc-aaicorp.com David.Pechacek@gmail.com Edited: 7-Sep-2007 at 20:49 by David Pechacek |

Ok I've figure out how to draw the canvas and put a bitmap in it in a layout column. Also how to capture a click event. But currently the code causes an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION in DOORS when I hit ok on the layout column with with click even code in it. Here's my layout code. Any ideas? It doesn't throw an error though when I click "Check" on the DXL window for the layout column.

Hi David,
afaik, there is no possiblity of interaction within layout dxl. I tried the same thing a while ago and came to same conclusion. If you found a way of having interactive layout dxl, please let me know, there would be undreamed-of possibilities for using that feature ![]() Greetings, Reik ------------------------- Evosoft GmbH for Siemens Industry Sector Berlin, Germany |
