I am running a project that temporarily requires 30+ people to access DOORS Data.  We do not posess enough licenses and since it is temporary we do not want to purchase more.  Further, they only need to read the data for verification.  I need to find an effective way to do this without taking up licenses.  I feel that the HTML Export is probably the best choice, but I need to automate a process that gives the users the latest data on a daily basis.

Summary:
Once the day is complete I want automatically initiate a script that will export all modules, projects, etc. to a folder on the server for r/o access by my users.

All ideas are gladly welcomed!  Thanks.

Sounds like you want to run DOORS in batch mode, and write a script which is run during the silent hours to export your data to html - see DOORS DXL Manual documentation for this
