We are running Doors 5.2 sr1 on a Win 2K platform clients have the option to grab Data from
two different locations one local the other remote.

I have a user the is getting the error 'color file corrupt' when starting Doors up.
He has launched Doors previously on his PC and now after a server change over
this past weekend is getting this error. Any suggestions?

Alan,

The file $DOORSHOME/lib/rgb might be the culprit.

If not, have you tried a reinstall?
