![]() Answer: Found it. In a DXL layout column: bool cb = modified obj if( cb ) display "Yellow" else display "Green" It puts Yellow or Green in the columns as expected but the DXL reference manual does not say what the criteria for setting "modified" is. I assume its the same as for the changebars. | |

I want to filter on objects with yellow change bars. I can't find a direct filter so I want to set a DXL column that I can the filter on. The problem is I cannot find a DXL function that gets the changebar status. Best I have found is an instruction that sets the changebars red or green.
We usually reserve changebars for object headings and text but allow any significant attribute to change the Last Updated attribute which means I have to filter on the changebars themselves for what I want to do now. Any ideas please? |

neat little bit of code. useful for an easy way to see what's changed since the last baseline for object text or headers as long as the other attributes are set to not affect change bars.

Personally I'd write it as a DXL script to filter (accept/reject) on objects that have been modified. Then just apply it when desired.
