I had written a batch script to automatically put the taught/not taught status of tasks in the Excel files our analyst guys work with. When I first wrote it, it worked like a champ with no issues.
Now however, it fails to get a handle on sheets in all files. Here is the code. I open excel, get the workbooks collection, open the file, get the sheets collection, and then try to get a sheet. The files are still the same files as back then. As I said, the script used to work. I have no clue as to why it no longer does. Edit: OleGet is returning "Problem with OLE Argument names." ------------------------- David Pechacek AAI Services Textron dpechacek@sc-aaicorp.com David.Pechacek@gmail.com Edited: 24-May-2007 at 22:01 by David Pechacek |

..............Thanks Reik. Sometimes it takes someone else who hasn't been trying to figure it out all day to spot that. Much appreciated.
