Hi,
I dont find much significance of having Edit types, attributes (menu) at Link modules - Because I dont find any situations to edit these attributes here.

You define link attributes in the link module.

You set their values while editing outgoing links in the source formal module. Consider the following:
for obj in entire formalModule do
{ for lnk in obj ->"*" do
{ If (this link is acceptable for whatever reason) lnk."AcceptableDate" = today()
}
}
You'd need to define attribute "AcceptableDate" as type Date in all your link modules.

You may notice in the link module there are attributes used to implement Telelogic's notion of "Suspect Links". I don't recall their names but they give a great clue on how Suspect Links works; no doubt comparing the date in the link attrs with the modification date of the target object.
