I am trying to extract any word which ends with _exp..
ex:if the object text is : Textfunction for getting word_exp

i need to extract word_exp

Any help appreciated

Tarun,

See the attached code. You need to read about regular expressions in the DXL Reference Manual and look up some tutorials on the Internet. They are powerful and complex.

The attached code assumes you only have 1 instance of "_exp" in each Object Text.

My example also assumes that _exp is not the first word of the Object Text.
