We are looking at using Citrix and I was wondering how to handle importing and exporting documents?

You can inport and export using microsoft products that are located on the citrix server. Amount of time and memory requirements may change but to the user the process is the same.

The citrix version of microsoft products can read and write to the users pc. During a save or read process there is a security dialog box that will appear and of course the user has to respond appropriately and the citrix administrator is responsible for setting citrix up to permit this transaction.
