I'm hoping someone can help. I have one user that cannot link. Other users can link within the same module, which is leading me to believe that it is user specific.
Here are the steps taken: 1. User opens source module 2. User opens target module 3. Within source module, user selects object to link from and selects Link, Start Link (object turns pink) 4. Within target module, user selects the object to link to and selects Link, Make Link from Start It appears to work, as the product takes the user back to the source module/object (pink object) like it does when it works. Only now the link arrows are not there and the link is not established. Any thoughts???? |

It sounds like your user doesn't have write access to the relevant link module.

Can the user see other links in any modules? If not check to see if the Links are just not being displayed:
