Is it possible to copy an object of module A and paste it to module B?
For example by passing an object identifier to module A or marking an object of module A. best regards, Mussie |

There is a built in tool at the tools menu that should do what you want to do.
ie., Tools>Functions>Copy Objects |

Further, if you want to do it via DXL, look at dxl/example/copyobj.dxl
Spend some time going through the code and just replace the dialog box variables with the variables you need. I was copying objects in no time with this code. ------------------------- Kevin Murphy http://www.baselinesinc.com The Requirements Management Experts |
