So you just want to show it represented in text in Word? In that case just do a "for project in database" loop and then loop recursively through each project and folder under each top level one. There are several existing threads on how to do this.
This would be a good example. Might have to change a couple things for projects but I think projects and folders are treated somewhat similarly. Loop through folder ------------------------- David Pechacek AAI Services Textron dpechacek@sc-aaicorp.com David.Pechacek@gmail.com |

thanks !
Maybe first I convert all floders to projects, then do a "for project in database",this would be ok.
But how to distinguish floder and project ?
thanks a lot!
