Hello,

I found in a DXL code snippet that a function "fnSubmitProposalByUser()" is used to submit a change proposal. This function is owned by Telelogic and I could not find any description of it  in DXL mannuals also.

can any one tell me what all arguments (and their type) it takes??

In present code snippet its used as described below::

boolean OK
OK = fnSubmitProposalByUser(submitter,o,"",changeType, priority,reason,atrList,msgBuffer)

where arguments are of following types::
submitter    ::  User
o                :: Object
""               :: (a null string)
changeType:: string
priority        :: string
reason        :: string
atrList         :: Skip (list)
msgBuffer   :: Buffer

this function is not working fine for me....it submits the proposal but the changes are not visible in doors clients window...can any one figure out what may be the reason?
