Answer:
The problem is caused by unsupport markup from MS Word. The solution is to go to the formal module that the data is stored in, and select "tools>support tools>convert symbols to text" for each object exhibiting the problem.

When performing the Trace Analysis Wizard I recieve greek letters in the DXL column. Has anyone else seen this and how did you fix the problem?

I believe this is due to un-recognized RTF markup in your object. I think this can result from copy/paste operations with a source that is not pure text. I do not think this is limited to dxl columns. Can you tell me which release of DOORS you are using? I have a couple of things which have helped me in the past, depending on the situation.

I'm using version 5.2. I agree with you that it may have resulted from a copy/paste from Word.
