What you are asking it not feasible.

Even if it was, you would have problems providing functionality to allow user to edit the entries.

May I suggest having a separate attribute of type real for each entry in the array, and use a DXL attribute or layout DXL to combine the values for viewing.

I am looking for defining an attribute which takes a single dimensional fixed array of real numbers.
Is it feasible using DXL scipt?

example DATA_ARRAY[3] = {0.233345, 1.344567, 0.678844}
