All of the users in DOORS are having issues when opening a baseline of a
module and then closing the current module and keep the baseline module open.
Click anywhere in the baseline module and you get the error...

A box says "DXL halted with run-time error" and the DXL interaction Window says...

-R-E- DXL: <Line:1> null Object parameter was passed into argument position 1
-I- DXL: execution halted

It keeps giving the error twice if you keep clicking anywhere inside the open
module. The third time it opens the make link from start, move, copy, copy then
link, and cancel popup window. I click cancel and then it starts all over...

Any Idea?

This happens in the entire database. We don't have triggers or use triggers in any module. I tried running the delete all triggers in project script which I found in Kitchen scripts. It does not detect any triggers in any project.
