The following DXL code crashes DOORS.
I am trying to store functions in a DxlObject. The problem seems to be when I try to pass a function into fnRegister and then store that as (o->"Function 2" = fn). When it tries to invoke that function, it dies. Although, storing the function directly as (o->"Function 1" = fnDummy) works just fine. Can someone help me? |

Only works if the function has at least one parameter.
This is explained by Louie in the following thread: Storing functions in DXLObject ------------------------- Tony Goodman http://www.smartdxl.com |

But doesn't fn have one string parameter?
There is another related thread here. I guess I will re-read these threads and experiment some more. Sorry if it seems I'm asking the same question over and over again. Hopefully, the light bulb will go off for me soon. Thanks for your help. Edited: 20-Feb-2008 at 15:41 by David Jakad |

Surely it would be better if the light came on?
Only kidding. This is a complicated thing you are try to do and the syntax is very ugly and tricky to understand. ------------------------- Tony Goodman http://www.smartdxl.com |
