Hello,
I now have a strange problem with some module that I cannot delete. When I log in as Administrator I can see these modules, but have only read access, does anybody have the same experience? Edwin Buisman. |

You create and export a Partition in the Home database so it can be edited and eventually returned by users in an Away database. While its "out" it is, of course, protected from edit in the Home database (How could it be otherwise)?
If you really want to remove these modules you'll need to reconcile that with your partition. Perhaps have the Away folks return the partition, you restore it, purge your modules, and create and export a new Partition for the Away database. If the real purpose of the Partition is so the Away folks can READ but not edit the stuff, then you can delete ..err.. I mean Recover the Home Partition, which frees up the modules but also prevents its eventual return from Away. - Louie |
