Anyone know of a perm that detects a link start?

Anyone???

I am using the function below to create a link from start, but haven't found a way to detect whether a link has actually been started or not:

callStdItem_(linkCompleteFromItem)

Why do this? It can be used in a mini DXL script to assign a keyboard shortcut to make a link. Very handy when creating multiple links!

Why?
Because we're developing a DOORS front end for our company: if you've shed loads of object attributes and links, no much fun setting up or using umpteen views.
