I can not draw same sequence diagram as page 111 of the tutorial(RhapsodyModeler Tutorial.pdf).

When I make and rename messages,
1)Modeler does not ask realization.
2)in the Browser Window, message name is still event_N.
3)some events are in diffrent subsystem. (ex. Alert in DL_subsystemPkg)

Please tell me how draw the sequence diagram same as the tutorial.

There are two modes of operation for Sequence diagrams, analysis and design. Analysis mode is used to as more of a whiteboard where you are putting your ideas down. You don't want the messages to be realized in the model yet as you aren't ready for that stage. It sounds like the SD you have is in that mode. Design mode causes the realize dialog to appear. When creating a new SD you are asked to specify the mode of the SD. To realize the messages you have and change the mode of the the SD please refer to the online help section titled "Analysis Versus Design Mode" under SD's.

Regarding the message in the wrong subsystem, the default package for new items created in the SD is the where the SD is located. This can be changed by opening up the properties or features of the diagram and choosing the Default Package. For any items that are in the wrong place now simply drag them to where you want to move them, everything stays in sync.

I'm not seeing the same behavior. When entering a message in design mode a dialog appears asking to realize and selecting Yes to this dialog adds the message to the class. You can try right clicking on the message in the SD and open up its Features. In the Features dialog there is a Realization field where you can specify how it is realized, either with an existing message or use <<New>> to create a new message. Also, make sure that the classes that the messages are going between are also realized. Easiest way to make everything realized is to do an Edit->Select->Select Un-Realized and then do a Edit->Auto Realize.
