Show Menu Buttons (Alternate Terminal)
Click View > Show Menu Buttons to show or hide menu buttons.

Show Menu Buttons is supported only for 5250 Display sessions.

A Menu Button is a button that:
-
Displays the name of a menu item in the session window; and
-
Overlays the menu item in the session window.
Clicking the button performs the same function as
selecting the menu item using the keyboard.
Requirements:
For a menu button to be displayed, the menu item to which the button refers must
be located in a menu screen. Specifically,

The screen must have only one input field.
-
The word menu must appear.
-
The word select must appear before the list of options.
-
There must be a number in front of each option.
