Working on a Change Request

If you use Rational® ClearQuest® in your project, you may be responsible for maintaining certain change requests. As work progresses, you might change the data or state of these records.

To work on a change request:
  1. Find and open the record.
  2. In the Record form, click Actions and select the appropriate action from the menu.
    Note: If the record was not mastered at your site, the Actions list may contain Mastership Required. If so, you must change the mastership to edit the record. You can only change the mastership if you have the appropriate user privileges. Ask your Rational ClearQuest administrator for more help.
  3. In the Record form, make the changes you want.
  4. To save your changes, click Apply.
