This patch contains the following software changes:


PM15552:

Fixes a ClearCase CM Server problem encountered when running ClearTeam Explorer on UNIX platforms where temporary files created not automatically being cleaned up.


PM42270:

Addresses a ClearCase UCM issue on UNIX and Windows platforms where a "chbl" command or a "mkbl" command fails to report the reason when incremental labeling fails.


PM44290:

Investigates a ClearCase MVFS performance issue on Windows 7 platforms where users may experience performance degradation when running an executable in a dynamic view. This behavior is particularly noticeable in a directory that contains thousands of cross-VOB symbolic links. The performance may further decrease if the user’s config spec for the view limits the number of links that are visible. However, this processing overhead can be eliminated by using the group policy editor, gpedit.msc, to disable the Windows Application Compatibility Engine.


PM45246:

Fixes a ClearCase UCM problem where creating a new composite component using the Baseline Dependency Editor can result in new baselines in the rooted components it depends on which do not capture the change sets of earlier baselines in the stream.


PM51187:

Fixes a ClearCase UCM problem where the "cleartool rmbl" command incorrectly allows the deletion of a baseline that is member of a composite baseline.


PM52252:

Fixes a ClearTeam Explorer problem on Linux platforms where the Version Tree incorrectly invokes manual merges for elements with a merge-type of 'copy'.


PM54068:

Fixes a ClearTeam Explorer problem on HP-UX 11.31/IA64 platforms where piping a 'cleartool ls -recurse -view_only' command to 'xargs rm-rf' produces a segmentation fault error in fileutl_make_abs_pn.


PM56680:

Corrects a ClearCase MVFS defect on Windows 7 and Windows 2008 Server platforms which caused the mvfsstat and mvfstime programs invoked with the -A or -I options to produce the following error message: "Unknown/Unsupported NT version 6.1 skipping irp stats".


PM57870:

Fixes a ClearCase MultiSite error where removing an unlabeled baseline in a VOB that is mod_master enabled fails with the following error: "db_obj_delete_V3: RPC: Unable to receive; errno = Connection reset by peer."


PM59582:

Fixes a problem where a ClearCase project cannot be ClearQuest-enabled with a "cleartool chproj" command if ClearQuest is not installed on the local machine.


PM60045:

Fixes a problem in the ClearTeam Explorer running on Windows platforms where comment changes made to a checked out version of an element are lost upon checkin.


PM60949:

Fixes a ClearCase UCM defect in the Typemanager found on Windows platforms where a merge performed during a deliver operation can copy from a version that is not one of the contributing versions.


PM61095:

Fixes a problem in the ClearCase UCM integration with ClearQuest where canceling a rebase or deliver operation when using a WAN ClearQuest connection produces errors and does not remove the ClearQuest activity.


PM61730:

Fixes a ClearCase problem on Windows XP platforms where running a "cleartool annotate -rm" command incorrectly displays a text file output if the text file does not have a new line character at the end of the file.


PM62492:

Fixes a ClearCase problem on Windows 7 platforms where a reserved checkout operation on a locally mastered branch invoked via ClearCase Explorer or Windows Explorer results in an unreserved, nonmastered checkout.


PM62669:

Fixes a problem in the ClearTeam Explorer for Eclipse client on Windows XP platforms where non-trivial text file merges fail to start the built-in merge manager in Eclipse 3.7.x and the merge operation fails.


PM63090:

Addresses a ClearCase MultiSite performance issue on Linux SUSE 64 platforms where a "multitool syncreplica -export" process can produce delays while waiting to read from the TCP buffer. To suppress this behavior, set up an environment variable called "CLEARCASE_SUPPRESS_NODELAY" before running the "multitool syncreplica -export" command.


PM63775:

Fixes a ClearCase installation problem encountered when installing the ClearCase integration with VS.NET on Windows platforms where using a batch file with a name that contains multiple periods (such as register-com.ibm.rational.cmdotnet.cc-wan-vs2008.bat) produces the following error message: "ERROR  CreateProcess: C:\Program Files\IBM\RationalSDLC\ClearCase\bin\register- com.ibm.rational.cmdotnet.cc-wan-vs2008.bat error=5."


PM66461:

Fixes a ClearCase CM Server upgrade issue where custom changes that were made previously to the httpd.conf file and the ssl.conf file are not preserved by the upgrade process.


RATLC01344509:

Addresses a ClearCase issue on z/OS platforms where a file filter by state in the 'View file list' panel was not supported in TSOC.
