Supplemental Packages
Supplemental Firmware Service Pack for the following Power7 systems: 8231-E1D, 8231-E2D, 8202-E4D, 8205-E6D, 8246-L1D, 8246-L2D, 8246-L1T, and 8246-L2T.

This AL770 service pack is intended for Power7 entry systems.

Prerequisite:
Only install the firmware below at the instruction of your service representative, after verifying customer hardware either does not require mandatory ECA331, 
or mandatory ECA331 has already been applied. If you were NOT directed to this location by your service representative, contact your support representative and 
request ECA331 verification. Failure to complete ECA331 verification can prevent the hardware from booting, requiring hardware replacement to resolve.

This firmware is only for the following servers:

    IBM Power 710 Express Server, Type 8231, model E1D
    IBM Power 720 Express Server, Type 8202, model E4D
    IBM Power 730 Express Server, Type 8231, model E2D
    IBM Power 740 Express Server, Type 8205, model E6D

Note:
To access the contents in the .iso file, you must have access to a CD-R or CD-RW drive and software that is capable of creating a CD from an ISO 9660 formatted image.

Use your software's feature for creating a CD from an ISO image. Adaptec Easy CD Creator calls this feature "Create CD from CD image". RecordNow! and Nero Burning ROM 
call this feature "Burn Image". Refer to the help provided with your CD-R software for further assistance.
