It is possible to configure what the status of the case will be after the application has been transferred. To configure the case status after the application had been transferred do the following:
- Open the XML document which represents the intake process configuration.
- Locate the XML element ApplicationType which represents the application type to be configured.
- Create or locate an XML element CaseStatusAfterTransfer as a direct child of the ApplicationType element.
- On this element the following attribute can be specified which will configure the status the case should take after the application is transferred:
