Setting a Review Frequency

Case reviews can be manually created within a case, or automatically created by the system. The 'Review Frequency' setting is used to determine the frequency for cases based on this product. For example, a review frequency of the 15th day of every month can be configured for a product. If a review frequency is specified, when a case based on that product is approved, the system automatically inserts multiple case review events and associated case worker tasks between the case start date and the expected end date based on the frequency configured.
