Evidence entries can be dragged from the Evidence Entity List onto the mapping workspace. Children of these entities (and recursively children of these children) can be dragged into the workspace. A connecting line is visible between the entities indicating the parent/child relationship. Child entities can be removed from the workspace tab by clicking the close button. Closing a child entity will also close all of its own child entities that are open on the workspace.
The entity consists of a title bar and an attribute tree. In order to differentiate it from a datastore entity, the evidence entity has a different colored title bar and an icon within the title bar to represent a evidence entity. In contrast to the parent datastore entity opened on the tab workspace, all evidence entities dragged onto the workspace can be closed.
