Outreach allows agencies to define citizen information campaigns for display in the Citizen Account. Campaigns are targeted pieces of information displayed on the Citizen Account homepage which are populated by harvesting existing information that the agency possesses about the citizen. They consist of a title, a corresponding image and information text with an optional embedded hyperlink, all of which are populated from the results of a business ruleset execution. The business ruleset and the image used by the campaign are configured from the Outreach section of the Universal Access Shortcuts menu.
