The Display Scores option indicates whether or not scores should be displayed in the assessment results. When this option is selected, the assessment scores are displayed in the assessment results. When this option is not selected, the scores are not displayed. In certain circumstances, an administrator may not want to display scores in the assessment results. For example, a Risk assessment has 6 factors defined, only 3 of these are based on score. The caseworker may only be interested in the classification that is determined from the score.
