The following information is included on the appeal case cancellation correspondence:
- Correspondence Recipient Details
- The name and address of the correspondence recipient are
displayed.
- Issue Date
- The issue date for the correspondence is displayed.
- Appeal Case Details
- The following appeal case details are displayed: the hearing
reference number, the appeal case reference number, the name of each
appellant associated with the appeal case, and the appealed
item(s).
- User Details
- The name of the user issuing the cancellation correspondence
is displayed.
