The following information is included on the hearing notice correspondence for a hearing review:

- The correspondence recipient's name and address are
displayed.
- Hearing Review Details
- The following hearing review details are displayed: the
review hearing reference number, the requested review hearing
date, the scheduled review hearing date, the hearing review case
number, and the appeal issue(s) to be addressed at the review
hearing. Note that appeal issues refer to both denied program
applications, product delivery cases and issue cases under appeal.
The correspondence displays aid status regarding the appellant's
continued benefits provided this is the only appealed item on the
hearing review appeal. However, If there is more than one appealed
item associated with the appeal, the hearing notice will not
contain aid status information regarding the appellant's continued
benefits.

- Review hearing instructions are displayed. If a party cannot
attend, the party must request an adjournment.
- Contact Information for Continuance
- Contact information for continuing the hearing is displayed
including the organization name and organization address.
- Hearing Statement Deadline
- The final date for submitting a hearing statement is
displayed.
- Information for Canceling Appeal Request
- For hearing review hearings where the organization is not
the appellant, this correspondence displays information for the
appellant to cancel the appeal request. The appellant signs and
dates the correspondence and mails the cancellation request to the
organization name and address displayed.
