For judicial reviews where the organization is petitioning the court, the system automatically generates the court petition and sends it to the court

of the petitioner, i.e., the organization name, the name of the
respondent, the reference number for the appealed item whose
decision is being appealed, and the effective date of this
decision.
- Court Petition Request
- The correspondence displays a list of reasons why the decision
should be reversed. These are legal reasons as part of the court
processing and do not contain any information specific to the
appeal.
- User Details
- The name of the user acting on behalf of the petitioner, i.e.,
the organization, is displayed.
