A list of appellants on an appeal case is automatically maintained. The appellants list page allows a user to view a list of appellants that have been added to a hearing case, hearing review, or judicial review appeal. A row is displayed on the appellants list page for each appellant. Appellants can be added to, and removed from, an appeal case. An appellant cannot be removed if the appeal case is decided or appealed item belonging to the appellant is the only item on the appeal case.
