A transcription request is an enquiry for a recorded copy of a hearing. If the appeals process set up by the organization has more than one level of appeal, any case participant may request a transcription of the hearing for the prior appeal held on the case. Transcriptions can only be requested for hearing appeal, hearing review, or legal hearings.
