A hearing review status history is maintained for a hearing review throughout its lifecycle. This provides information on the stages a hearing review goes through.
The following table describes the hearing review statuses in full:
Status |
Description |
---|---|
Open | A hearing review status is "open" when the hearing review is first created on the system. Rejecting a hearing review will cause its status to revert to "open". |
Active | A hearing review status is "active" when a hearing has been scheduled for the hearing review. |
Canceled | A hearing review status is "canceled" if the hearing review is canceled. |
Approved | A hearing review status is "approved" when the hearing review is approved by an authorized user. |
Delayed Process Pending | A hearing review status is "delayed process pending" when the system is executing an online process. Delayed processing allows work to continue without having to wait for online processing to complete. |
Closed | A hearing review is "closed" when a decision on the hearing review has been approved or rejected. The system automatically closes the hearing review and sends a task instructing the owner of the original application, product delivery or issue case to implement the decision. |
