Using information, observations, and caseworker recommendation recorded in the solution, the pre-adoption case supervisor records his/her decision about each child's placement.
Note: The caseworker may make positive recommendations about multiple prospective adoptive families per child or sibling group. A final placement decision can be based on existing information, observations and priority rating, if appropriate. Alternatively, agency personnel and select conferees of the pre-adoption conference may determine that additional contacts between prospective adoptive families and subject children would provide additional information to aid the placement decision.
