The investigator's home page includes an "Initial Contact Due" pod. Investigators are typically required to conduct interviews with alleged victims of abuse. This pod lists the names of required contacts and the timeframe for each (days until due or days overdue). Timeframes are configurable based on agency policy and assigned response priority level. The feature also facilitates capture of contact logs for one or more participants directly from the pod without the need to first access to the respective cases, followed by navigation to the relevant function.
