Supporting the Agency's Triage, Screening, and Intake Processes

The application provides tools that are designed to support the agency's triage, screening, and intake processes. The purpose of these tools is to establish what a person needs on initial contact with the agency and also to determine potential eligibility and actual eligibility for needs-based programs and/or need for services. The tools provided allow clients to communicate with the agency via a number of different channels and allow the agency to manage the following tasks:

The following infrastructures are provided that include tools and functionality that enable the client and/or agency to perform intake: Cúram Universal Access™ (UA) and Cúram Common Intake (CCI). UA is a citizen focused module that allows clients themselves to interact with the agency online using a web self-service application.
