Configuring Follow Up Notifications

The application provides two system administration properties that dictate if and when follow up notifications are sent by the system.

• The property curam.referral.FollowUpApplicableForOrganization allows an administrator to dictate if follow up is required for referrals.
• The property curam.referral.SendEmailNotifications allows an administrator to dictate if email notifications are sent to clients and providers.
• The property curam.referral.EscalationFollowUpWarningDays allows an administrator indicate the number of days after which a supervisor notification should be sent.
