Setting up Case Reviews

A review is the examination of case details by another caseworker. A case review can be manually created or automatically generated by the system. The case review is conducted by a caseworker assigned to the case reviewer user role. The system ensures that the case reviewer is informed of the case review via task notification.

Automatic case reviews can be set up to occur at defined frequencies, for example, every 6 months. This frequency can be modified on a case-by-case basis.
