Meetings can be scheduled from the case calendar. Meeting minutes can also be recorded for each meeting to capture the meeting details and these can be issued to attendees and other interested parties.
The following provides a summary of the meeting functionality that is provided to enable the agency to easily co ordinate meetings:
- Multiple participants can be invited to attend a
meeting.
- Meetings are integrated with tools which allow meeting
requests to appear in an attendee's external email account and
calendar.
- Any individual who receives a meeting invite can accept or
decline the meeting invitation using his or her calendar.
- Meetings can be rescheduled.
- Meetings can be canceled.
