Frequently, clients may be required to participate in a service so that they can keep receiving benefits. For example, in order to continue to receive cash assistance, a client may be required to participate in career guidance sessions for two hours once a week or they may have sanctions placed on their benefits. A case worker can indicate the frequency and the duration, in hours, of a client's required participation in the service.
