Recommending the Frequency of the Service

Services are usually delivered to clients at particular frequencies. For example, a client may be due to receive part time child care twice a week on a Monday and on a Thursday from 1 January 2011 to 28 February 2011. A case worker can recommend the frequency of the service. Sometimes it may not be appropriate to specify a frequency for a service. For example, a client may be due to receive 10 physiotherapy sessions between 1 January 2011 to the 28 February 2011. A client can avail of this service at any time during the period so no frequency is required.
