Viewing Service Approval Requests

Case workers can frequently have many services awaiting approval from a supervisor. To help case workers track the number of approval requests sent to their supervisor, the system automatically maintains a list of service approval requests. When a service is submitted and subsequently approved or rejected, the approval request information is recorded. The approval request details include the name of the user submitting the service, the date of submission, the name of the user who approves or rejects the service, and the date of approval or rejection.
