There can only be one active organization structure at a time. When a structure is activated, an activation date is assigned to the structure. Only an in edit or superseded structure can be activated. Once activated, the location structure will supersede the previous active location structure as only one active location structure can exist at any time. Canceled location structures cannot be activated.
