The organization working patterns are the default working patterns for the system users. These defaults can be overridden by an individual user's working pattern. Functionality for maintaining working patterns at the organization level is the same as the functionality provided for user working patterns.
To summarize, each working pattern covers working hours for a 14-day period starting on Monday and ending on the second Sunday. Standard working hours are set for each working pattern, for example, 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. The organization and each user can have multiple working patterns but the dates of those patterns cannot overlap.
