It is assumed that the reader is familiar with the basic goals of an SEM organization in meeting the needs of its clients. It is also useful to understand participants, communication, and case and financial processing, as CPM integrates with all these aspects of the Cúram Enterprise Framework™. The below table describes further reading on the application functionality that is leveraged in CPM.

Business Guide

Description
Cúram Integrated Case Management Guide This guide provides a business overview of integrated case management. Integrated case management includes managing integrated cases, product delivery cases, as well as services and referrals that are based on the service offerings configured as part of CPM. CPM makes use of product delivery and case functionality. A working knowledge of this functionality is useful when managing providers and services in CPM.
Cúram Participant Guide This guide provides an overview of participants. Understanding participant functionality is important when registering and maintaining providers and provider members.
Cúram Financials Guide This document provides an overview of financial processing within the application. This includes the processing and maintenance of payments, liabilities, and payments received. Financial processing is an essential component of CPM that is used to pay providers for their services.
Cúram Investigations Guide This guide describes the functionality provided in support of investigation management. Investigations functionality is used in CPM to manage investigations involving providers and provider members and the organization's clients.
Cúram Service Planning Guide This guide provides a business overview of Cúram Service Planning™. This includes an overview of service planning, a description of how service plans are structured, and information on the management of service plans. There are a number of service planning features that are used in CPM in the provision of services to clients.
Cúram Communications Guide This guide provides a business overview of communications. Communications functionality is used in CPM to process, track, and record communications between the organization and providers.
