Approving Providers

It is often necessary for an organization to make certain post-enrollment checks to ensure that a provider is fit to provide services to its clients. Once these checks - which could either be informal or part of a formal approval process - are passed, the provider can then be approved to deliver services. Alternatively, the provider could be rejected if they fail the approval process.

Rejected providers can be approved later if they have taken any required action which results in them passing the approval process.

Approval criteria for a service are supported in CPM, but not for a provider.
