Measuring Provider Performance

Two methods of calculating the values are supported: one is based on internal data such as invoices and authorizations, and the other is to collect information from clients, through service evaluation. For example, the value for the measure 'Total number of clients served' is calculated based on internal data (See Appendix A).

The measure 'Percentage of clients satisfied' is determined based on service evaluation done on the service delivery. If 5 out of 10 clients served have successful evaluation outcomes, then the measure value is 50.

The values for the measures are displayed against the provider, provider service or contract. The values displayed for a contract are for the contract period. The values displayed against a provider or provider service is calculated using all data available since the enrolment of the provider.
