To facilitate the viewing of the information held by the organization about a provider and submitting invoices and rosters online, providers are given access to provider self service application. This is done by providing login credentials which the registered providers can use to access the application. Provider groups can also gain access to the self service application to manage their details as well as the details of the providers associated with the group.
