The following list summarizes the main concepts covered in this guide:
- The Cúram Service Planning design has been developed to meet the
requirements of Social Enterprise agencies and provides additional
features for the ongoing management of service plans.
- Cúram Service Planning provides a structured approach to service
planning which enables organizations to administer and deliver
effective plans to a client. Service Plans will typically contain one
goal and one or more sub-goals, and plan items.
- Once created, Service Plans can be managed and monitored using
tools such as the Tracking Gantt, Baselines, Cost Statement and Client
Participation. This ensures that service plan objectives are
achieved.
- Service and custom service plan items can be configured and
added to sub-goals. Case workers can also record and measure client
participation in these service plan items.
