- This chapter outlines the service planning requirements of
Social Enterprise agencies by identifying the key components and
processes that fulfill the objectives of a service plan. The main
elements of the Cúram Service Planning model are described in line
with these objectives.
- A Structured Approach to Service Planning
- This chapter highlights the structured approach adopted by the
Cúram Service Planning model. It describes each of the main elements
that make up this model and how these elements are developed as part
of the Service Planning Administration component.
- Service Plan Management
- This chapter describes the principal features in the
management of a service plan. These features enable Social
Enterprise agencies to track the progress of the service plan, thus
ensuring the activities of the service plan are undertaken as part
of a joint agreement between an agency and their client.
- Service and Custom Service Plan Items
- This chapter describes the configuration options and general
features provided in support of service plan items and custom
service plan items. These plan item types are only available if the
Cúram Provider Management™ enterprise solution
module is implemented.
