Integrated Service Plans

An integrated service plan is a summarized view of all service plan groups and service plans created within the case and provides a rolled up view of milestones, costs, goals and progress of all service plan groups and service plans. Integrated service plans can consist of one or many service plan groups which in turn can have one or many service plans. Service plans may also exist independently, as it is not mandatory for a service plan to belong to a service plan group within an integrated service plan.

The following functionality is available at the integrated service plan level:

• Costs - Displays a rolled up view of the costs of all service plan groups and service plans within the integrated service plan
• Tracking Gant - Displays the goals, sub-goals, plan items, and progress of all service plan groups and service plans within the integrated service plan
• Milestones - Displays a list of the milestones created for all service plan groups and service plans within the integrated service plan
