Baselines

The elements of a service plan may change over the life time of its delivery and it may be helpful for a case worker to monitor these changes. Cúram Service Planning provides a baseline feature that enables a case worker to take a snapshot of a service plan at a specific point in time, including any information related to plan item delivery. Once baseline information is captured, it can be viewed in list format or in Gantt chart format.

Support is provided to allow for the automatic creation of baselines when service plans are submitted and approved. Baselines can also be manually created at any time.
