The User Workspace enables supervisors to focus on managing the workload of individual users. Task graphs are used to provide an at-a-glance overview of the user's tasks. The work queues that a user is subscribed to are displayed. The application allows a supervisor to reserve single or multiple tasks for a user. Task redirection can be used to redirect tasks to another user that the supervisor chooses. An allocation block can be created that will prevent any task from being assigned to a user.
The User Workspace also allows supervisors view the user's calender. Finally it provides access to user settings that can be adjusted to reflect the changing skills, working patterns, and responsibilities of the user.
